“Hi Lori – Just to let you know that I am always very thankful for the help and support you have given me and my boys over the years and that you are remembered daily as my mantra of ‘wait till he is 25 and all will be well’.

I have learned much and continually practise what I have learned of being a parent, your help along the way has been my touchstone, so whenever you feel that you haven’t accomplished anything, you have earned this parent’s undying gratitude for the assistance.”

“I wanted to write and let you know how grateful I am for your guidance and support. My painful bouts of anxiety and depression in the past were crippling to me. Thank you for helping me through the difficult times. I don’t know what I would have done without your compassionate, calm approach. The greatest gift you have given me is to teach me that I can take care of myself with the right tools. Thank you so much for making me aware that when the difficult times arise, I have the knowledge and methods to change the way I think and deal with my feelings. You have empowered me and I can’t thank you enough.”

“It has been about 8 years since we last met but you were wonderful. I understand you are now working out of… Can I make an appointment?”
